Regional TV/Radio = (broadcast in part of the country)

Once your order is placed, then you have accepted the terms of business described here. Please feel free to ask further before placing your order.

One-run: means that the recorded text is delivered as single continous soundfiles, page by page or simliar.

Clean-cut: means that the text is recorded and delivered according to script. Any mistakes, pops & clicks, false starts, etc are edited out.

Cut-up: means the single file is cut up in small individual parts, labelled according to script nomenclature.This is usually NOT included in price and is an additional service. 

Standard Delivery Format: WAV 24/48 mono, one-run, clean-cut, peaks -2dB, preroll/tail ca 500ms, content correct, no mastering. Please specify other format is preferred.

Minor corrections (such as misprounonced words and similar) are included in the agreed price). 

Re-recording due to manuscript changes, alterations or amendments made after principal recording is considered a new assignment at reduced rates. 

Turnaround time: normally within 48 hrs. Download from our FTP server or (for short single files) as email attachment. Instructions for download are sent by email.

Re-recording due to substantial manuscript alterations or amendments is considered a new assignment. However, minor corrections are always included and free of charge.

Free custom demo
Free 30-60 second custom demo of a manuscript segment made on request for client evaluation / approval.

Additional services
Script adaption and corrections, project handling, file cutting-up/labelling and similar are considered additional services and charged for separately.

User right 
Delivered recording may be used free for one (1) year for the purpose and media agreed upon at the time of assignment. A separate agreement is made for use in other media and/or locations.

Offers and bids
Any offer or bid given is valid for 30 days from sending.

80-100-20
Special term of delivery meaning that 80% of the material is delivered, then 100% payment, then 20% delivery. 

Guarantee policy
Quality reputation is based on delivering quality products. Minor corrections are included in agreed first price. If for instance a name or term is pronounced incorrectly, a free remake is made of that particular segment. 

Delivery approval
A delivered recording is considered to be approved when it has been taken into use, approved via email or phone, no  correction called upon within 5 (five) working days from delivery, obvious consent or comparable circumstance.

80/20 delivery policy
First-time orders may be delivered on a 80/20 basis. First we deliver 80% of the agreed product, then you make full payment, then we deliver the remaining 20%

Confidentiality policy
Any material and information given with an assignment is considered confidential. Confidentiality agreement made on request. However, unless otherwise agreed, Artecon Media / SWEDVOICE retains the right to use a sample of the recording for marketing purposes.
